KM Camp 2025 will be at Dillingham Ranch located in the vicinity of 68-540 Farrington Hwy, Waialua, HI. Entrance to camp site location is directly across from the Hawaii Polo Club (KM Parking Team with provide guidance on site). This location does not provide electrical power or cabins. This is a tent only camp. The KM Team will install shower systems as well as have sufficient port-a-johns placed throughout the camp site. Minimum age for attendance is 12 years old.

Additionally, the KM Team will provide the following meals for all attendees:

  • 09 OCT: DINNER

  • 10 OCT: LUNCH and DINNER

  • 11 OCT: LUNCH

  • ** (BREAKFASTS are the responsibility of the campers. It is recommended to prepare ahead of camp or bring items that do not require cooking such as cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs, musibi’s, yogurt, fruit, etc. Remember that storage of personal food is the responsibility of the camper)

  • ** Car pooling or drop if is encouraged as the site can only accept a maximum of 500 vehicles

Recommended Items (this is not all inclusive)

  • Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

  • Tent and sleeping items (pillows, mattress, linens, sleeping bag, etc)

  • Battery Operated Lantern

  • Laundry bag for dirty clothes

  • Towel

  • Flashlight

  • Drinking Water (KM will only provide serviceable non-drinking water)

  • Coolers/Ice for breakfast food, water, perishables, and drinks

  • Swimsuit/board shorts

  • Seal-able box for nonperishable snacks

  • Closed toe shoes for events/team competition

  • Hat to protect the head from sun

  • Sunscreen (reef safe if going in ocean)

  • 3 days of clothes

  • Gloves for tug o war (KM does not provide)

  • Sunglasses

  • Personal first aid items (band aids, anti-septic (Neosporin), bug repellent, etc.)

  • Bible/Notebook/Pen

AUTHORIZED ITEMS WITH EXCEPTIONS

  • Electric griddles (No gas or open flames)

  • Small Personal Generator (Solar recommended)

  • 3-5lb Fire Extinguisher required for EACH small gas generator (intent is for those who require CPAP for sleeping)

  • BT Speakers (Quiet time during the night must be observed)

UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Alcohol

  • Recreational Drugs (prescription drugs MUST be in medical bottle with proper identification of patient name and drug and if OTC drug it must be in original container)

  • Gas/wood/charcoal Grills or camp stoves (NO OPEN FLAMES AUTHORIZED)

  • Gas Lanterns

  • Weapons (knives, guns, clubs, etc.)

  • High value items (computers, jewelry, etc.) or Large amounts of cash

Am I able to come in and out of the campsite at my leisure or for work or other needs?

Kingdom Man Camp provides the best atmosphere for men to thrive in fellowship, community, and growth. Hosting the camp at Dillingham Ranch allows us to focus on our growth uninterrupted. Our goal is to encourage every man to invest in all three days with their time and commitment. We will not be offering day rates for the camp for this reason.

Am I able to pay in increments rather than the whole fee upfront?

Absolutely! On our registration site, you have the option to submit a down payment to secure your registration and pay off the remainder of your fee until Camp begins. The cost must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before camp.

Am I able to bring my son with me?

Yes, you absolutely can. However, the minimum age for attendance is 12 years old, must have an accompanying parent, legal guardian or designated guardian as permitted by the boy’s parents or guardians. Minors under the age of 18 will not be permitted to attend alone. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a specific circumstance.
