At Kingdom Man, the strength of our movement begins with the heart and vision of our Core Team—leaders unified under the direction of Senior Pastor Mike Kai. Together, they champion a culture of excellence, purpose, and transformation for men across every location.
Through intentional collaboration, the Core Team ensures Pastor Mike’s vision is clearly communicated and powerfully activated throughout our campuses. This unity is key to our mission: empowering men to rise as leaders in their families, churches, and communities.
One of the Core Team’s signature accomplishments is the execution of high-impact events like Men’s Camp—a life-changing experience where men gather to connect, grow, and return home recharged and ready to lead with purpose. These moments don’t just inspire—they ignite lasting change.
